In March 2022, thanks to Solid Bar and Winestore, we organized our first invitation-based sake tasting, where we hosted professionals.
Since there is no event without a non-functioning projector, we also had to go through the baptism of fire, of course the kami of the projectors (a kind of Shinto deity) was kind enough to allow us to start the performance for almost a minute before the projector could be defenestered.
In addition to the basic knowledge about sake, our guests were able to enjoy a food-drink pairing, with which we had the undisclosed intention of presenting the endless versatility of our sake.
Everyone left happy.
