Panka is the visionary behind the FineSake Budapest project, who has been actively working since the beginning to ensure that as many people as possible in Hungary discover and fall in love with premium-quality sake. To achieve this, she found a partner in Collective Warehouse. Panka is responsible for shaping the product offerings, and as a WSET-certified sake sommelier, she collaborates with Dóri to conduct training sessions, masterclasses, and plays a role in organizing and managing our events.

Dóri is the Regional Manager for World Sake Imports EU in Germany and a co-founder of the FineSake Budapest project. In addition to her active role in procurement, she is a WSET-certified sake sommelier with almost nine years of teaching experience. Together with Panka, she organizes and conducts training sessions, masterclasses, and dinners. As a designer, she is also responsible for the visual identity of FineSake Budapest.
